Unity rewards its top performers every year with an incentive trip to luxury destinations. Recent trips have included destinations such as Costa Rica, Cabo, Las Vegas, Playa del Carmen, and Playa Mujeres. The partners have always believed in positive reinforcement, celebrating success, and rewarding hard work. Annually, the company establishes individual sales goals and company-wide goals along with modified qualification standards for rookie employees so they also have an opportunity to bond with everyone on the year-end trip. Additionally, the company has goals for employees to earn quarterly trips throughout the year. Due to this leadership style, Unity has been able to achieve record-setting annual growth.

A recent Unity incentive trip destination was a luxury resort on the northwest coast of Costa Rica where employees enjoyed golf, spa, and extravagant dinners. As always, spouses/guests were included as the firm believes in celebrating success with family and friends. The firm’s Office Manager was also included on the trip as a reward for her hard work that contributes greatly to the success of the overall company.
