Job Description

• Bachelors and Masters in Accounting from major Texas university
• .Licensed CPA
• Over 14 years of International Tax experience from Big 4 and large publicly traded companies
• Experience preparing and reviewing a variety of large multi-national returns
• Responsible for international tax provision calculations, including calculating the global ETR and calculating/tracking tax attributes in relation to FIN48
• Extensive experience in reviewing international tax forms, including Forms 5471, 8858, 8865 and 1118 and all associated information forms/statements, as well as Forms 5472, 1042 and 1120-F
• Working knowledge of OneSource Income Tax software 
• Great communication skills and easy-going personality
