Unity Search has partnered with a Commercial Real Estate company looking for a VP of Tax, Accounting, & Operations located near downtown. This position will manage the outsourced federal and state income tax and property tax matters. In addition, this person will learn accounting and operations from the CFO. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside the CFO and grow into the CFO role down the road. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
CPA highly preferred
5+ years of experience
Must have Strong Real Estate (preferably commercial real estate experience)
Experience with Yardi a plus
Interest in learning new things
