VP - Controller (Special Projects)

Unity Search has partnered with a successful, growing company in Plano in its search for a VP, Controller (Special Projects). Our client has an awesome, people-first corporate culture that values quality of life and has good benefits. This role is highly visible and will have access to executive leadership. The VP Controller is a critical role within the accounting department and will report directly to the CAO with a direct line to the CFO. This role is heavily focused on special projects and requires outstanding analytical and communication skills. The ideal candidate would have minimum experience in a Controller / Manager role for 3-5 years, have a CPA and master’s degree. Proficiency in Advanced Excel required. Executive presence and excellent communication required. Compensation for this role will depend on experience but will go up to $185K-ish range + large discretionary bonus.
