Job Description

Do you have QuickBooks experience AND are you considering contract opportunities? We are partnering with a client in east Irving who is looking to hire immediately.

The preferred candidate will have a background in financial services, the automotive industry, or manufacturing/production management. This company includes both multi-entity and multi-location businesses.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Managing the core accounting responsibilities for up to three companies
• Reconciling bank accounts
• Entering inter-company transactions
• Staying on top of and managing AP, AR transactions
• Investigation of accounting transactions, ensuring coding correctly, balancing accounts, etc.

Ideally, the candidate would have prior work experience with QuickBooks (online AND desktop version preferred).

Pay rate for this role ranges from $45/hr to $55/hr, depending on experience and fit.
