Senior Manager, Total Rewards

Job Description

Unity Search is seeking a dynamic Total Rewards leader for one of our top Dallas clients. This role will lead multiple HR operational functions, including compensation, benefits, HR information systems (HRIS), payroll, and leave administration. Collaborating with the Director of Talent and Organization Development, you will develop a total rewards strategy aligned with the business strategy and operating objectives. Utilize your expertise in compensation and benefits program design to attract, reward, engage, and retain top talent.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience leading a Total Rewards function with a strong emphasis on designing and administering compensation and benefits programs.

  • Proficient in developing and managing executive compensation plans.

  • Deep understanding of compensation principles, including planning, design, auditing, and current trends.

  • Advanced knowledge of compensation and benefits practices and concepts.

  • Experience with a variety of salary and benefits surveys.

  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in statistical methods and data interpretation.

  • Proven ability to establish and maintain trusted relationships with business partners.

  • Skilled in creating Total Reward strategies that align with organizational goals.

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle confidential information.

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Experience with Workday is preferred.
