Unity Search has partnered with an expanding real estate company looking to hire a Senior Fund Accountant. This role is newly created and is integral to the fund’s growth, as more properties and investors are added to the portfolio.

Responsibilities:
What our client is requiring to be considered for the role:

• • Will play a critical role in supporting the administration and reporting of Company's newly announced $2 billion private investment fund.
  • Role involves close collaboration with the investment team and the fund administrator, ensuring the accurate execution of transactions and compliance with reporting standards.
  • 3+ years public accounting / PUBC / corporate accounting experience.
  • Big 4 (or large public accounting) experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of fund structures, financial reporting, and accounting principles.
  • Experience working with private equity real estate or real estate investment funds is a plus.
  • CPA is strongly preferred.
