Here are some of the responsibilities:

• Build, manage and maintain detailed multi-year financial models to support key strategic decisions and overall company forecasting
• Synthesize detailed financial information and prepare executive-level analysis and presentations for senior management, lenders, and other third parties
• Assist in evaluating and executing debt & equity financings, capital structure and capital allocation decisions

Some of the requirements are:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4-7 years of applicable experience
• Thorough understanding of GAAP and overall accounting principles
• Knowledge of financial statements, corporate finance and financial valuation
