Unity Search has partnered with a Downtown Dallas company in the insurance industry that is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. This company has experienced tremendous growth, with over 400% growth in revenue in the past 3 years alone. This opportunity offers a great work/life balance, a sharp and supportive team, and high growth potential based on merit. Depending on experience, this opportunity will pay up to 105k base.

Here are some of the responsibilities:

Monthly financial models using OneStream and excel
Budgeting, variance analysis, and forecasting for assigned subsidiaries
Preparing financial presentations and providing strategic and financial support for upper-management
Serve as financial expert for business units, supporting and guiding them with analytics and business intelligence tools to assist with optimal decision making
Work cross-departmentally with accounting, sales, HR, and various business leaders
Ad hoc financial analysis as needed

Some of the requirements are:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
2+ years of financial analysis experience required
Strong experience with modeling, budgeting, and forecasting required
Must be able to come into the office 5 days/week
Multi-unit finance experience is a huge plus
Experience with OneStream (biggest plus), NetSuite, SQL, PowerBI, and tableau are a plus
