Unity Search has partnered with a diversified global investment manager with over $48B AUM that is looking to add a Senior Associate or Vice President to their Credit Reporting team. The company is in Knox Henderson and offers hybrid (3 in/2 out) work schedules. The also promote strongly from within, offer a great work/life balance, and extremely low turnover.

Here are some of the responsibilities:

Lead the preparation and review of SEC filings (10-Q,10-K and 8-K) for our private non-traded REIT business
Responsible for understanding SEC reporting requirements and preparing/updating disclosures
Analyze monthly and quarterly GAAP and NAV closes
Key point of contact with external auditor
Frequent communication and coordination with various Fortress teams and external service providers
Ad-hoc assignments and special projects related to financial reporting.

Some of the requirements are:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA strongly preferred
7-10 years of public and/or private accounting experience, focused on REITs or private equity funds
Highly motivated, fast learner with a proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
