Unity Search has been retained by a small, successful family-owned business in its search for a Senior Accountant. This is a GREAT opportunity for someone who really wants to have a role where he/she can work 40 hour weeks and have the ability to work from home. This role will assist heavily in the daily accounting responsibilities as well as the financial reporting and analysis for the business; in addition, this person will help out with various special projects related to the business operations. The ideal candidate for this role would have a CPA and 1 to 3 years of public accounting experience. In addition to 40 hour weeks and the ability to work from home 90% of the time, our client also offers strong benefits including a strong 401K match (up to 4%) and a great health care plan where the company covers 100% of the employee health insurance premiums. Compensation for this role will depend on experience but will probably fall in the $80K to $95K range + bonus.
