Unity Search has partnered with a successful and fast-growing real estate developer in Central Dallas in its search for a Senior Accountant. This company offers a very good work/life balance and great benefits including gym membership reimbursement, 401K match, company contribution, etc. This position is responsible for financial reporting (GL, journal entries, sales tax filings, annual budgets, etc.), project accounting, AP/AR, and cash management. This position requires great attention to detail, effective communication skills, team-oriented approach, and a superior work ethic. Experience with construction contracts is also desirable. Accounting degree required and good personality and attitude. Salary for this role will depend on experience but will roughly be in the $85K - $110k range plus bonus.
