Unity Search has partnered with a premier Real Estate company in their search for a Property Tax Manager.  This position will be responsible for managing and overseeing all property tax functions for the US and Canada, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and optimizing tax strategies to minimize liabilities.  This company is in high-growth mode and offers a hybrid work environment and excellent benefits to include a strong annual bonus, student debt assistance and profit sharing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA highly preferred
• 5+ years of experience in property tax and valuation experience is highly preferred
• Experience in public accounting or property tax consulting firm is highly preferred
