UNITY is seeking a Property Accountant for a dynamic commercial real estate firm in the Arboretum area. This is a full-time, in-office position offering a unique opportunity to gain broad accounting experience and take on increasing responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accounting functions for properties.
- Reconciling balance sheet and monthly general ledger analysis.
- Journal entries, forecast cash flow and calculate monthly management fees.
- Work alongside property managers, owners and corporate staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years commercial property accounting experience required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines as required.
- Strong Microsoft Office
- Yardi or MRI required.
