Unity Search has been exclusively retained by a successful Dallas Family Office in its search for an Office Administrator. This opportunity will support the owner and several leaders of the organization with personal assistant duties and projects, travel planning, daily office duties, and facilities management. Our client offers solid benefits, (401k, health, dental and vision insurance, with generous paid time off), with a welcoming and friendly culture, strong leadership, a stable environment, and modern office space with a lot amenities. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an administrative/personal assistant role within a family office or similar industry/smaller office environment. MS Office, attention to detail, job tenure and a high level of confidentiality and discretion is required.
