Job Description

UNITY has been engaged with a growing technology company in Austin. Our client is looking for a Manager of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting to oversee the company’s SEC reporting and consolidations. This is a hybrid role and candidates must reside in the Austin Metro area.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing the preparation of the 10-Q and 10-K filings
Develop reporting disclosures and reporting timelines
Review schedules and appropriate documentation
Mange the consolidations of foreign entities
Technical research and memos
Manage stock-based compensation

Requirements:

5-7 years of public accounting experience
CPA or in process
2+ years management
Strength in SEC reporting with a public company
Oracle and Workiva experience preferred
