International Tax Manager - Northwest Houston

Reports directly to VP of Tax
Manages all aspects of the U.S. impacts of international tax for the company
Works with outside firms to prepare and review international income tax returns and workpapers and ensure compliance
Provides support for various tax planning initiatives and continually strive to improve processes and assist with implementing best practices
Assists with Merger & Acquisition structuring and due diligence analysis
