Unity Search has partnered with a global public multi-national company searching for an International Tax Director with experience in both public accounting and a medium to large global company. This role will oversee international tax compliance, GILTI and FDII reporting, Pillar II foreign tax credit calculations, as well as assist in tax planning for international operations and special projects.

This company is growing and offers a flexible hybrid or remote work environment depending on location. Compensation package includes a strong base salary, annual bonus and stock package.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Master’s in Taxation
12+ years of experience in International Tax
CPA certification is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of international tax compliance, and foreign tax credits
Experience in a large national accounting firm and a multi-national company
