Unity Search has partnered with a highly successful healthcare company in Central Dallas in its search for an Internal Audit Manager. This role will be part of a successful audit team that the company utilizes as a “stepping stone” for its future leaders in accounting, finance, and operations. Some of the responsibilities of this role will include but not be limited to:

Continual evaluation of company policies and procedures to ensure efficiencies and proper controls.
Preparation of audit programs and assist with the planning, analysis, documentation, and reporting of audit results.
Providing recommendations for process improvements.
Communication of results of audits to management and operational personnel and support audit directors in their presentations the executive team and the audit committee.
Make presentations.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

This role will have limited travel – no more than one 3-4 day trip per month, and there will be the ability to work a hybrid work schedule with working up to 2 days per week at home. Our client is targeting someone with 5+ years of audit (internal or external) experience who has good communication and presentation skills. Compensation for the role will be in the $110K to $145K range – depending on experience. In addition, our client offers a good quality of life, generous PTO, and good benefits.
