Unity Search has partnered with a reputable transportation company in search of a Human Resources Generalist based in Fort Worth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company experiencing tremendous growth. The ideal candidate will oversee a range of HR functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training. The Human Resource Generalist will focus on creating a positive work environment while ensuring HR practices align with organizational objectives and legal standards. Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality are critical for this role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the talent acquisition process from start to finish. 
• Lead all new hire onboarding, coordinate pre-employment screenings, benefits enrollment, and I-9 verifications. 
• Provide data entry and technical support to payroll.
• Ensure HR compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws. 

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferred.
• 2-3 years professional Human Resources experience. 
• Experience utilizing UKG software
• Industry experience highly preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
