Unity Search has partnered with a private equity and real estate consulting firm that is seeking a Fund Operations Analyst. This opportunity would be fully remote and offers a great work/life balance, a team-culture, and the opportunity to gain a wealth of experience in the investment industry. Compensation for this role will depend on experience and range from 75-85k + bonus.

Here are some of the responsibilities:

Fund position reconciliations between management reporting software and accounting schedules (contributions, distributions, total P&L, gross & net returns, etc.).
Calculate gross and net investor returns by updating existing IRR calculations with current period cashflows and ending NAV.
Assist in the preparation of quarterly & annual regulatory reporting filings.
Agree standard accounting schedules to investor statements.
Cash reconciliations for over 50 entities.
Ad-hoc reporting as needed.

Some of the requirements are:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
2-5 years of fund accounting or fund operations experience.
Experience in the real estate or private equity industry is required.
Strong excel, attention to detail, organization, and communication skills required.
