FP&A Manager
Job Description
Unity Search has partnered with an S&P 500 Real Estate Company in search of an FP&A Manager. The FP&A group is responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial planning efforts, providing insight into both corporate and segment level financial performance, and helping to lead the implementation of new, creative technology solutions which help drive Company to a data driven organization. This person will conduct variance analysis relative to forecast and investigate material differences 2) facilitate budget and reforecast cycles for the segment 3) support ad hoc segment analysis 4) create and maintain updated financial models and 5) liaise with departments across the organization. This company is growing aggressively and extremely stable in strong financial position. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of related FP&A experience. Advanced excel required (VBA, macros, financial modeling), SQL and Power BI a plus. Compensation for this role will depend on experience and go up to $140K range plus 25% discretionary bonus plus profit share.
