Unity Search has partnered with a Retail Company in Las Colinas to search for a Director of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s SEC reporting function
• Assist with the review of audit schedules
• Partner with business functions to assist with evaluation of transactions and provide advice regarding accounting implications

Requirements:

• 8-15 years’ experience
• Public accounting foundation, SEC Reporting/Technical Accounting experience is required
• CPA
• Strong working knowledge of technical accounting
