Director of Revenue Cycle Management

We are excited to work with one of our best clients, a PE-backed healthcare provider in North Dallas – off the Tollway.  They were funded to be highly acquisitive over the last few years.  After executing this, they are now in the process of streamlining the operations internally.  A critical part of this process is hiring a Director of Revenue Cycle.

What we are looking for:

• Leadership experience – leads a team of around 20, including team leads and supervisor
• Hands-on – really looking for this person to be hands-on
  • Closely involved in the day-to-day functions
  • Can lead by demonstration
• Analysis of KPI metrics to root-cause and drive performance.
• Enhance SOPs and communicate effectively to leadership and staff.
• Experience with Posting, Collections, Denial Management and Coding
• Develop team members and drive a positive culture

We are looking for someone who can perform this role in the office.  Reports directly to the CRO.  Compensation would be in the mid-100s, plus bonus.
