Director, Financial Reporting (Job #105578)

Unity Search has partnered with a manufacturing company in Irving in search of a Director of Financial Reporting. This company is highly acquisitive and growing with significant future opportunities. This person will serve as the right hand to the VP – Corporate Controller and will perform financial consolidation, analysis, internal and external reporting for operations and accounting management. This role will also be responsible for providing accounting guidance with respect to acquisitions, serving as the lead on technical accounting matters and helping to establish policies and procedures as well as perform various ad hoc projects. Additionally, this person will act as a liaison with external auditors and perform other related duties. The ideal candidate for this role would have 6+ years of public accounting, a combination of public accounting and industry SEC reporting experience or industry SEC reporting experience with a CPA. This role requires strong communication and analytical skills. Compensation for this role will depend on experience and go up to $140K + bonus.
