Job Description
Unity Search has partnered with a fast growing, private equity backed franchise company in its search for a Corporate Controller. This role will report to the Director of Finance (dotted line to CFO) and will have a variety of different responsibilities including but not limited to managing accounting records, evaluating and managing risk, ensuring compliance with regulations, overseeing accounting operations, analyzing financial data, coordinating auditing processes, and ensuring accuracy of financial information. The ideal candidate for this role would have 9+ years of solid accounting experience with current controller experience. CPA and/or public accounting foundation required. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, be highly organized with a great attention to detail, and have excellent leadership skills. This is a great role with tremendous upside as the Company continues to grow! Salary for this role will depend on experience but will probably fall in the $150K to $200K range + bonus.
