Unity Search has partnered with a large publicly traded real estate company seeking multiple Contract Administrators on a contract basis. There is a great potential for this to convert to a permanent position. In this role, you'll play a vital role in managing vendor relationships and ensuring smooth procurement processes.

What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for logging and tracking executed contracts , change orders, and pricing.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts with vendors, ensuring they align with company policies and best practices.
  • Process purchase orders and manage vendor insurance verification.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless contract execution.

Who You Are:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar contract administration or procurement role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable learning new software (Yardi experience a plus).
