Primary Responsibilities:
- Review and initiate various business opportunities
- Conduct due diligence, factoring in the firm’s current and historical business, on areas of potential conflicts of interest
- Identify issues and support findings
- Monitor and update status of prior documented findings
- Document findings and summarize results
- Perform various ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Strong academic foundation required (reputable school and GPA)
- Experience in I-Banking, M&A or conflict resolution with large Bank highly preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal required
- Must have personality to navigate difficult conversations, as needed
Compensation for this role will depend on experience.
