Associate, Conflicts Resolution Group (Job #105139)

This very reputable financial services company is searching for an Associate in the Conflicts Resolution Group. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Review and initiate various business opportunities
  • Conduct due diligence, factoring in the firm’s current and historical business, on areas of potential conflicts of interest
  • Identify issues and support findings
  • Monitor and update status of prior documented findings
  • Document findings and summarize results
  • Perform various ad hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Strong academic foundation required (reputable school and GPA)
  • Experience in I-Banking, M&A or conflict resolution with large Bank highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal required
  • Must have personality to navigate difficult conversations, as needed

Compensation for this role will depend on experience.
