Unity Search has partnered with this very profitable financial services company in search for an Accounting Manager role. This role will have ultimate responsibility for all financial and fiscal aspects of the company’s PE operations. It will oversee the 3rd party fund management of the company’s financial performance, perform complex waterfall calculations at the fund, deal and GP levels. Additionally, this role will assist with strategic business planning, accounting, financial reporting and treasury efforts of the company. Our client is seeking someone with 5-10 years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically within the Private Equity space. Ideal candidates will have strong financial modeling (including a solid understanding of waterfall calculations) skills, an ability to work independently yet also serve in a visible role within the organization with frequent interaction with senior leaders across the entire company. As such, strong verbal and written communication is a must as well as strong project management skills. Compensation for this role will completely depend on experience!
