Unity Search has been retained by an international, fast-growing North Dallas multi-unit franchising company in its search for an Accounting Manager. This role will have a variety of accounting responsibilities including but not limited to: Staff Development and Leadership, Corporate and Store Accounting, Process Improvement, Internal and External Reporting and Analysis, as well as various Ad Hoc Projects. The ideal candidate for this role would have 6+ years of a combination of public accounting and industry experience with at least limited exposure to public companies. CPA required. Compensation for the role will vary with experience but will probably be in the $110K to $130K range + Bonus.
